Matteen helped align her team to her vision and mission by sharing his unique approach of combining business practice with a touch of spirituality. By introducing her to new frameworks like DISC and Human Design, Matteen expanded Alisha’s perspective on creating high-performing teams. His insightful consulting challenges Alisha to succeed with finesse in growing her impactful organizations.
