Lori and her husband Ilan Alhadeff founded MAKE OUR SCHOOLS SAFE after they lost their beautiful 14-year old daughter, Alyssa, to the brutal shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland on Valentine’s Day 2018. With business and marketing consulting, Matteen Advisory & Solutions has assisted them in their efforts to help drive their mission and make schools safe for every child.
